The Bosch MVC-BNVR-064 VIDOS-NVR Software (64-Channel) is software that allows you to digitally record video (MPEG-2 and MPEG-4), audio, and metadata replay video sequences from up to 64 cameras simultaneously. Any standard PC with sufficient storage capacity can be transformed into a digital network recorder when equipped with the VIDOS-NVR software. It is compatible with the 19" rack-mountable VIDOS-NVR server.
The MVC-BNVR-064 VIDOS-NVR software can be centrally set up on each authorized PC and accessed through VIDOS, a VCS all-purpose management software, or via the integrated web server. Once installed, the software continuously runs in the background to manage connections, access, and storage. The VIDOS-NVR software also supports continuous, scheduled, and alarm-triggered recording modes and HD or RAID storage depending on the operating system. Recorded videos can be searched based on parameters such as time, date, and events. Each camera that is connected to the NVR system can be accessed independent of the PC or the camera's location.
Based on Automatic Network Replenishment (ANR) technology, the MVC-BNVR-064 VIDOS-NVR ensures that there is no video loss in case of a network interruption. Once the network connection is restored, it inserts the missing portions from the local hard drive recording of each device to fill the gaps in the network recording.
