The REG-L1-875XE-01 from Extreme is a Reg-L1 License Plate Reader with 75MM Lens and SX8 Camera that integrates advances in optics, electronics, IR illumination and Ambient Rejection Technology to deliver consistent, reliable number plate capture in the most challenging of conditions.The REG-L1-875XE-01 features innovative DHC imaging technology to deliver advanced performance and represents the next generation of number plate capture solutions. With an operational range from 55 to 80 feet, REG-L1 delivers high contrast number plate images across the complete spectrum of ambient lighting conditions, from total darkness to direct glare from sunlight and vehicle headlights.

The REG-L1-875XE-01’s high efficiency Metaphase LED array eliminates the need for routine bulb changes. An improved electronic design allows for energy efficient operation at 12 to 24 VAC/VDC. It is designed to work on a stand-alone basis, with NVRs or with DVRs. The REG-L1-875XE-01 is specifically designed to work with third party ANPR software.

With the optical filtering technology, the License Plate Camera can capture reliable images even in the most challenging lighting conditions by blocking the unwanted ambient light such as headlamps or sunlight. Compatible with NVRs / DVRs, the License Plate Camera can easily integrate with third-party ANPR software. Powered by any 12 to 24 VDC or VAC power supply, it is flexible enough to be used anywhere and is also energy efficient. With the weather-sealed aluminum housing, the IP66 / NEMA 4-rated camera can operate even in extreme climatic conditions. Besides, the camera is also protected from voltage surges, transient spikes, and reverse voltage.
