The TransVu series is designed for public and commercial transportation applications. The TransVu video server is encased in a rugged metal chassis with shock absorbers to withstand exposure to extreme shocks, vibrations and temperature; and provides low current consumption, trouble free, uninterrupted vehicle video surveillance security.

With common DVR features such as alarm and audio recording, the TransVu unit also incorporates important features such as location tracking via GPS, a built-in accelerometer, and power management integration with vehicle system data – including tachometer, driver panic button capability and on-board spot monitor.

TransVu Media also offers media options that use additional monitor outputs to show advertising or route information. Messaging can be fed through the monitors using a GPS system to trigger location specific, general messaging or promotional images.
