The 353A Intercom Interface is used in combination with other fiber optic transmission system to provide two-way audio transmission. The 353A is designed to provide the intercom interface that links the remote panels to the master panel.
Maintains All Intercom Functions:
It supports the features of intercoms manufactured by Aiphone along with the features of the links with which they are combined. All the functions of the intercom systems, e.g., push-to-call, push-to-talk, call, and hands-free operation, are transparent through the interface units.
Fiber-Optic Compatibility:
The 353A is intended to be used in conjunction with the B746AV, B748AV, S751DA, S754DA, S761DAV, S764DAV or the S768DAV fiber-optic links, allowing the system integrator to provide video, control and intercom audio all over one fiber.
Superior Diagnostics:
The SMARTS diagnostic technology provides LEDs that monitor the operating status of the audio and optical signals.
