SymDec16 introduces "hybrid" recording that works with both conventional analog cameras and the new family of GE digital network products. This unique platform provides a graceful migration path to digital recording - the future of video recording - and at the same time allows continued use of existing analog equipment. SymDec16 records at 25 frames per channel, per second - all at D1 (720 x 576) resolution. SymDec can be easily networked and viewed remotely via 10/100/1000 BaseT Ethernet. SymNav software allows viewing of live and recorded video from multiple SymDVRs. A sleek and modern front panel makes the SymDec16 easy to set up and use. Hard drive sizes from 320GB to 3TB are available. A unique Cooling Tunnel design keeps each hard drive cooler to extend its life.
