Message Mates are manufactured by Nel-Tech Labs. This means that you will never have to worry about uncontrollable 3rd party media issues: this includes periodic driver/firmware updates, special software, employee theft, or long term availability. Message Mates can be programmed using the Messager and a standard PC running Windows XP or above. Simply plug a USB cable from the Messager into an available USB port on your computer and the Message Mate plugged into the Messager will show up as a removable drive. Once connected, files can be added or removed by a simple drag-and-drop. No special software is required - just plug and go!
