You need improvements badly!!!!! January 25, 2013

We were led to believe that our delivery was going out within 24 hours after placing the order. We received the item 11 days later. Had we been advised that it would in fact take almost 2 weeks we would have scheduled a ups overnight or 2 day delivery. This was not the first  of such incidents with this company, it will be the last.
