The staff at Internet Security Systems Inc. is experienced in International shipping procedures and will be happy to assist you in completing an order.

Overseas Fees & Procedures:

Please be aware that to ship we prefer to use your UPS, DHL, TNT, or FEDEX, account if you have one.

Otherwise we will quote you a shipping price based on item weight, dimensions, location and insurance.

This will be in addition to standard handling rates on all overseas/int'l orders


There is an additional $10.00 overseas handling fee on all overseas & international orders.

  • Please note: There is a minimum merchandise total of $200.00 for any order being shipped overseas.


    • If you pay by money transfer / wire there is a  $25.00 fee for the transfer.
    If by credit card there is an additional 2% + $ 10 fee for expediting your order and charging it.

    For Orders:

    Please send an E-mail to sales@issisecure.com with your name, company name, and a list of the parts you wish to order. Please also include your desired shipping address and if you wish to use your own shipping service. A customer service representative will contact you shortly to assist you with completing your order.

    Note: At this time we are only accepting payment for international orders via check, bank transfer or western union. No credit card purchases will be accepted.
