Optimized for Day & Night Surveillance:
While other cameras use a Day/Night or an IR LED system to enhance dark scenes, Pelco opted to go straight to the heart of the matter - the camera's electronic shutter speed. Using controls in back of the camera, you can speed up or slow down the shutter speed and that way increase the camera's sensitivity to light.
