The Pelco CM9760-MXBL is a matrix bay used with downframe looping cards (CM9760-DFL).

This 17 card slot matrix switching bay acts as a card cage that can hold both input and output modules. Of the 17 slots, 16 are used for the video input modules (VCC) and one is for the video output module (VMC).

This matrix bay can support up to 256 camera inputs and 16 monitor outputs. It comes with its own power supply; an optional backup power supply module (MPS) is also available.

The Pelco CM9760-MXBL matrix switching bay is scalable; multiple CM9760-MXBL bays can be used to expand a single CPU system to a maximum of 2048 camera inputs and 512 monitor outputs. For further redundancy, you can install the optional backup power supply module (MPS) in each bay.
