Pelco's G2515-0CBV21AK ImagePak combines a camera, housing, and lens in a single kit, saving you the time and effort involved in putting together an outdoor camera system on your own.
To speed up the installation process, the camera comes pre-fitted with the lens, and is also pre-adjusted for backfocus. You'll also appreciate the way the camera can be easily inserted and removed from the housing via a T-handle assisted mounting sled.
Aside from these convenience factors there's also value in this kit, as all Pelco ImagePaks are offered at a discounted package price. Another great benefit of the ImagePak design is that, unlike integrated-style cameras, all of its major components are also available for separate purchase. This way you can easily swap, replace or upgrade a particular component of the ImagePak without having to purchase a whole new system, thus preserving at least part of your original investment.

Camera
High Resolution with Extended Dynamic Range (EDR)
The CC3701H-2 camera contained in this package is a high-resolution, high sensitivity, general purpose digital camera with 480 TV lines. The camera features two color balance settings, automatic gain control, digital signal processing, automatic backlight compensation, and line lock. To adjust one of the camera's many fine-tuning features, just reset the corresponding DIP switch, readily available on the left side of the camera.
Utilizing innovative technology (patent pending), the CC3701H-2 camera provides an extended dynamic range over conventional high resolution cameras, without sacrificing sensitivity, color imagery, or resolution. Extended dynamic range (12X) allows the camera to provide a picture in many extreme light applications. The CC3701H-2 digital camera also includes Sony's latest generation of 1/3" CCD imagers, accepts DC and video drive auto iris lenses, and has adjustable back focus to accommodate C or CS lenses. Back focus adjustment is easy with the lockable thumb wheel, accessible from the top or bottom of the camera.
The camera is quick and easy to install, and its distinctive design is ideal for use in confined spaces. The camera has a quick-connect power connection, BNC video connector, and a removable mount adapter for top or bottom mounting.

Included with the housing is a sun shroud, an important accessory to have if the camera installation involves direct exposure to sunlight. The sun shroud can reduce internal temperature 10-15°F (6-10°C).
