The Pelco EH3500 ImagePak Color Camera Kit (1.6-3.5mm Lens, Mount, Sun Shield) consists of EH3512-2 enclosure, CC3701H-2 camera, 13VD1-3 varifocal lens, EM1450 light-duty wall mount, and SS3512 sun shield.

The EH3512-2 is an indoor/outdoor 24VAC enclosure with built-in heater, blower and defroster. The thermostatically controlled heater activates at 50°F (10°C) and switches off at 80°F (27°C), while the defroster operates continuously. With die-cast and extruded aluminum construction and gray polyester powder coat, the corrosion-resistant enclosure can withstand operating temperatures ranging from -10-120°F (-23-49°C). The removable camera sled inside the enclosure can be easily accessed via the front hinged lid and the link-lock latch at the rear can be padlocked for security. The camera sled has multiple holes and can be inverted for additional camera elevation. Two adjustable (PG13.5) glands on the bottom make installation of power and video cables easy. The enclosure is CE-compliant, UL/cUL-listed and meets NEMA Type 4 and IP66 standards.

The CC3701H-2 Digital CCD Color Camera has a 1/3" CCD imager and offers a resolution of 480 TV lines. With a minimum illumination requirement of 0.5 lux, the camera is suited for low-level night time surveillance, and the extended dynamic range (12x) ensures clear image quality in extreme light conditions. The camera accepts DC and video drive auto iris lenses, and has adjustable back focus to support all C/CS mount lenses. The lockable thumb wheel is accessible from the top or bottom of the camera and makes for easy back focus adjustment.

The camera features 2 color balance settings, digital signal processing, and line lock-resetting the DIP switch on the left side of the camera allows you to adjust the fine tuning of the corresponding feature.

Automatic gain control adjusts the signal strength to maintain a constant brightness level. Automatic backlight compensation adjusts video gain to correct the exposure when the object being captured is in front of a bright light source.

A removable mount adaptor facilitates top or bottom mounting of the camera. BNC, power, and lens connectors are contained within the case, making the camera and lens perfectly fit inside the EH3512-2 enclosure.

Connecting via the included 4-pin plug, the 13VD1-3 CS mount lens features a direct-drive auto iris and has 2.1x optical zoom (manual). The manual focus lens comes with a spot filter and has a focal length of 1.6-3.4mm. A relative aperture size between f/1.4 and f/360 allows the intraspot-type lens to perform across a wide range of lighting conditions.

The EM1450 light-duty wall mount is made from die-cast aluminum with gray polyester powder coat finish for indoor/outdoor use. The light-duty wall mount supports a maximum load of 20 lbs (9 kg) and can also be used for pole mounting with the PA101 adaptor. The enclosure is mechanically positioned on the adjustable head.
