Timely response to a wander incident is critical to ensuring the safety of a wandering resident. The WatchMate software features an easy-to-see and understand alarm window that provides complete alarm information. In a wander incident, the alarm window displays not only the location and name of the resident, but even a photograph, so staff members know exactly who to look for (optional setting).

The PC running the software is connected to the monitors of the WatchMate system via one or more WatchMate controllers. The software runs on a standard Windows operating system, making it easy to network several PCs together so that alarm information can be shared at several locations in the facility. Displays facility floor plans indicating alarm location, resident information and all system activity from WatchMate ID and MR models
Provides central reporting of all alarms in the system, with display of resident images
