The Wheelock ASWP-2475W-FR is a 24 V, square, red, wall-mount horn strobe for outdoor and extreme environment applications uses a WPBB-R Weatherproof Back Box (NOT INCLUDED). It has a strobe listed as 75 cd on axis at -35°C (-37°F) and tone choices of either continuous horn or temporal pattern (Code 3) tone when constant voltage from the fire alarm control panel (FACP) is applied. Each tone has three volume levels that can be selected at installation (field-selectable). These horn-strobes can be synchronized with the SM (single) or DSM (dual) modules or a compatible control panel. The audible response can be silenced while maintaining strobe activation, a requirement in some jurisdictions.
