FM Systems ADA612 Audio Distribution Amplifier (Dual Output)

The ADA612 Audio Distribution Amplifier has two audio outputs. The outputs are balanced and floating, so that each can drive either a balanced or an unbalanced load without change of level, such as would occur in a standard balanced, non-floating output. The floating feature is electronic without the use of transformers. Each output may be individually adjusted to 0dBm, +4dBm, and +8dBm to trim levels into differing load impedances and line losses.

 

A master level control at the front panel can be used for periodic adjusts of the system level. The output impedance is also very low, so that output levels are not sensitive to load impedance variations. This also insures minimal frequency response variation on long cable runs.
