The 700 series mounting bases are specifically designed for the demands of commercial and industrial environments. The common, removable and interchangeable head and base design of the 700 series makes each sensor easy to install and maintain. Each detector head simply twists off its universal 4- or 6-inch base for fast cleaning or replacement.
Options include 6- and 4-inch bases with three or six terminals that can be used with all heads or with heads that have relays.

The 500 series self-diagnostic, 4-wire smoke detectors are conventional direct-wire detectors with analog features including drift compensation and remote maintenance alert. The detectors continually monitor their own sensitivity and operational status and provide a visual and remote trouble condition if they drift out of range or fail internal diagnostics.

The power supervision relay is used for terminating smoke detector loops for connection to burglar and fire alarm panels.
This relay supervises the wires providing power to 4-wire smoke detectors. If the power is interrupted, the power supervision relay will cause the alarm panel to indicate a trouble condition.
The relay draws a low current with an operating voltage of 6 or 12/24 VDC. The units fit easily into a junction box and can be quickly mounted using the tie wrap and adhesive backed tie-down clip provided.
