The dome shall be either clear or tinted, the tinted allowing 1 F stop light reduction, and shall be 8. The body shall be white. The unit shall feature one piece integral construction. An adjustable fixed camera bracket shall be included, and the maximum camera length shall be 8.

The AP16 is pressurized to seal out dust, moisture, insects, and pollution. In-the-field pressurization is easy with the Schraeder valve included on each unit. The AD16 is sealed to protect from dust particles that could damage camera equipment. Both include an integrated heater, and are available as VideoKit model. FEATURES Aluminum body, glass window

Both housings also available as VideoKit models with camera The AD16 environmental, dust free housing shall be constructed from .16 (4mm) thick aluminum. The camera housing shall be designed to prevent dust from entering the unit. Chemically strengthened glass shall be used for the faceplate. Three liquid tight fittings (2 NPT 1/2 and 1 NPT 3/8) shall be included for cable entry. A camera cradle assembly shall be included to allow easy installation and access to the camera and internal equipment. Input power shall be 24 VAC. An integral heater/defogger shall be standard in each unit and shall be mounted to the camera cradle to allow heat transfer to the window to minimize fogging in high humidity and/or freezing under cold temperature conditions. The temperature range shall be -40˚ F to +120˚ F. An aluminum sunshield shall also be available as a separately boxed items.
