Undetected water damage such as that caused by leaking pipes or corroded water heaters cost homeowners tens of thousands of dollars each year. Such repairs are time consuming and costly to correct. Applications could include computer room sub-floor areas, telephone equipment rooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms, any areas adjacent to a water storage tank or piping. Also evaporative air conditioners, drip pans, overflows and/or drains.

The HJZTP represents the latest advancement of telemetry control, designed to give security professionals control of Honeywell HD6i/KD6i and RapidDome cameras, HRHD series Digital Video Recorders and HXCT series multiplexers.
With total system flexibility, the HJZTP facilitates control of up to 128 dome cameras and 32 DVRs or multiplexers from a single controllerintelligently selecting the correct multiplexer or DVR when a camera number is entered. The systems flexibility is further enhanced with the option of slaving up to three additional keyboards, allowing control from four separate locations.
Control of domes, DVRs and multiplexers is achieved through an intuitive menu system, displayed on the controllers LCD screen. With an intelligently conceived, backlit keypad, using the HJZTP controller is an intuitive task, even when accessing higher end dome functions such as Presets, Tours and Privacy Zones. Switching between standard cameras functions such as full pan, tilt and zoom control, to DVR recording, review or programming, is easily achieved with a minimum number of keystrokes.
Installation could not be simpler; connections to the controller are made using standard RJ type connectors and cables to connect the HJZTP to CCTV peripherals are all included with the product. Operators using the controller for the first time will benefit with shorter learning times, a simplistic user interface and an appreciation for the level of control and flexibility offered by the HJZTP.
