When the ARM-2 is used the additional power required for this relay module must be subtracted from the total circuit current available. See PFC- 2000RC Manual 5403521, DWG. #3521-1, Note 12 or PFC-4410 Manual 5403527, page 7, Output Circuits.
The ARM-2 Auxiliary Relay Module is a nonsupervised DPDT Relay designed to be activated by 24VDC Indicating and/or Releasing, polarity reversing circuits. The module can be used for fan shutdown, door release, elevator recall, etc. Note: One to three ARM-2 modules in the PFC- 2000RC or one to four ARM-2 modules in the PFC-4410 may be utilized to provide multiple auxiliary functions.
The module is to be mounted in the upper right hand corner of the panel. Connection to the panel is made via the 8 pin header mounted on the back side of the CA2Z.
The PS40-TM is the industrys FIRST AND ONLY completely pre-assembled low pressure test module for dry pipe and pre-action systems. The PS40-TM consists of the Potter PS40-2 supervisory pressure switch, BVL bleeder valve, and high quality easy to read pressure gauge all pre-assembled together with galvanized pipe.
The PS40-TM provides a fast and foolproof way to confirm the system meets the requirement of NFPA 72, 2007, 5.15.2.2 and to perform the test required by NFPA 25, 2007, 13.4.4.2.6. The PS40-TM also eliminates any possibility of accidentally tripping the dry pipe valve during testing. Closing the BVL bleeder valve isolates the PS40 and pressure gauge from the air source while exhausting the supervisory air pressure between the bleeder valve and the PS40. This can save hours of time waiting for pressure to bleed down then build back up, as is the case in the old conventional testing method.
