for a streamlined badging operation and offers the added benefit of greater

• Has a wide array of report capabilities including all visitors currently on site
• Interfaces with Keyscan’s business card scanner (P/N BIZSCAN) for quickly adding
new visitor records
• Includes Keyscan’s Photo Badge Template Editor for designing visitor badge templates
and parking permits
• Formatted for Avery or similar type labels for printing visitor ID badges
• Assigns access cards (VMM) when integrated with System V giving visitors
independent but regulated and monitored access at reader-controlled doors
• Maintains individual visitor files with user-defined fields for basic or
detailed records
• Populates contact information directly from MS Outlook
• Has an email notification feature advising contacts that

license to operate the software. Can later be integrated with a Keyscan System V access control system.
VMM (Visitor Management Module) This module, which includes 1 user license to operate the software, integrates
with an existing Keyscan System V access control system. VMM has an interface screen for assigning cards
to visitors for access at designated reader-controlled doors and/or elevator floors.
BIZSCAN Business Card Scanner automates visitor registration and retains a JPEG image of the business card.
Both Visitor Management software modules include samples of
Avery 2940 labels to get you started. Additional labels can be
purchased from your local office supply retailer/wholesaler.
Additional Visitor Management module licenses may be
activated by ordering System VCL.
Interfaces with Windows® compatible printers or Dymo printers
(Dymo printers not sold or supported by Keyscan)
