To detect the complete list of gases on the data sheet will normally require a special calibration, for a nominal charge. However, the following gases can be detected with the standard calibration: Acetylene, Gasoline fumes and Lacquer thinners. See the GD-21 data sheet for a list of other gases that can be detected, and other technical information.
The location selected should not be near a corner, as this can be dead air space. The location selected must also have a 120 VAC power outlet within nine feet. It is not suggested to locate gas detectors in kitchens or bathrooms, because of frequent unwanted alarms due to the normal use in those rooms of products containing combustible gases.
The MS-9050UD Fire Alarm System offers easy installation, operation, and maintenance. The MS-9050UD is suited for stand-alone applications for smaller facilities such as apartment complexes, banks, cinemas, child care, department stores, food stores, places of worship, restaurants, small retail outlet stores, and other facilities requiring performance-based, sophisticated technology at reasonable cost.
Sophisticated Performance at the Cost of Conventional System. The MS-9050UD Fire Alarm Control Panel offers state-of-the-art technology with easy installation, operation, and maintenance. Suited for stand-alone applications, the MS-9050UD is ideal for smaller facilities such as apartment complexes, banks, cinemas, child care and elementary schools, department stores, food stores, places of worship, restaurants, small retail outlet stores, and other facilities requiring performance-based, sophisticated technology at reasonable cost. With capabilities such as remote upload/download programming and diagnostics, addressable point identification, drift compensation, built-in digital communication, and NAC synchronization, the MS-9050UD delivers features typically found only in more expensive, larger systems.
High Performance with Remarkable Flexibility. The panel supports a wide range of addressable sensors, control outputs, and notification devices capable of meeting the most challenging design specifications. With support for up to 50 addressable points of any type on a single SLC loop, the MS-9050UD provides advanced addressable features at a price that competes with conventional systems. With an integrated Digital Alarm Communicator Transmitter (DACT) for off-premises monitoring and remote Upload/Download programming support, the MS-9050UD is a compact Fire Alarm Control Panel that provides large system technology with remarkable flexibility.
Features • Low-cost, 50-point addressable FACP competes with conventional systems, and includes superior device identification • Easy to use and very intuitive. Allows programming without any additional hardware required and follows same model of programming found in larger Fire-Lite systems to eliminate learning curve. • Built-in programmable synchronization conforms to present day code requirements without need for additional hardware or labor. • Permits upload/download of system programming information as well as verification of system parameters, including detector sensitivity without having to leave your office.
Typical applications include switching of coffee/espresso makers, toasters and toaster ovens, stereos, TV’s, VCRs, fans and dehumidifiers. The HXP15-1TW Module also allows users to remotely turn ON/OFF free-standing lamps and incorporate them into scene lighting control applications.
The HXP15-1TW utilizes existing 60Hz 120V AC house wiring for “No New Wires” installation. Leviton DHC products use the home’s power wiring to transmit command and control signals, providing networked home controls systems without the need for additional wiring to be present.
