Essex Electronics Illuminated Spy Proof Housing - 12 Volt Essex Electronics Non Illuminated Spy Proof Housing
Essex has designed a solid Stainless Steel Spy Proof Housing for protection against code theft. Specifically for use with the 12-Pad 3x4 Keypad, we offer an illuminated version available in 5 or 12 volts (shown to the left) and a non-illuminated version.

For areas with low ambient lighting, Essex Electronics has created the Illuminated Spy Proof Housing. Constructed from Solid Stainless Steel, it utilizes long lasting LED's, specially designed to last over ten years.

The Illuminated Spy Proof Housing also serves to limit the view of an unwelcome onlooker, thereby providing additional protection from code theft.

Available exclusively for the 12 pad 3x4 Keypad, the Illuminated Spy Proof Housing requires a 5 or 12 volt independent power supply. (Power supply not included).

The Stainless Steel Back Box / Angled Mounting Back Box

In response to customer requests, Essex has designed the angled mounting Back Box to  accommodate "wheelchair" height mounting installations and to simplify Keypad mounting on uneven surfaces. Constructed of solid stainless steel, the Back Box can be used with any of Essex 12-Pad 3x4 Keypads. Shown to the left is the 12-Pad 3x4 with Black Bezel. The BAK Box-34S is one of our newest products developed in response to customer requests. It includes the following key features:

  • Tilts the keypad upward to make it visible to any user, even when the keypad is mounted at "wheelchair height."
  • Simplifies Mounting to Uneven Surfaces
