Encoded Relay Module for PC Programming 

The K1 Series provides 3 Open Collector outputs. In order for these outputs to trigger an electrified lock or other auxiliary device, they must be tied to either external relays or an optional Essex Encoded Relay Module (Part No. ERM-3). In addition to providing the features listed above, the Encoded Relay Module includes: 

  • 3 SPDT Relays (6 amp, 120VAC) 
  • 12 to 24 VAC or DC Input 
  • Ability to add optional Battery Backup System
  • Free Essex EZ Key PC Programming Software

Description:
These listed strobes have been designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and harsh environmental conditions. The enclosures are suitable for use offshore or onshore, where light weight combined with corrosion resistance is required.
The housings are manufactured completely from a U.V. stable, glass reinforced polyester. Stainless steel screws and mounting bracket are available ensuring a totally corrosion-free product.
The model XB15 contains a polarization diode and four wire lead connections for fire alarm applications.
Units can be painted to customer specification and supplied with identification labels.

HAI EPROM chip upgrade with installation instructions is only used to update older boards that do not have flash memory. Newer boards have flash memory for easy firmware updates and 5 serial ports. This colorful "plug and play" touchscreen interface for either Omni family or Lumina family home control systems facilitates graphical control of security (Omni family only), HVAC, lighting and other home control functions via easy-to-recognize icons. OmniTouch 5.7 is video capable and has the ability to see digital video of up to 6 cameras. To use the video function the OmniTouch 5.7 Touchscreen must be connected to an HAI Touchscreen Hub and Power Supply and HAI Video Encoder. An OmniTouch 5.7 Touchscreen may be used to interface with an Hi-Fi by HAI Whole Home audio system. When connected to an HAI OmniPro II or Lumina Pro home control system it may be used to interface with audio distribution systems from NuVo, Proficient Audio Systems, Russound, SpeakerCraft, and Xantech.
