The Shockgard 1, a single unit electronic shock sensor, is designed to incorporate the latest microchip vibration and shock detection technology, while providing the most effective and reliable false alarm rejection capabilities known to date. The SG-1 offers a wide range of features not found on more expensive processor controlled devices: simplicity of installation, latching LED with remote reset to pinpoint a reporting sensor, alarm relay auto reset, 1 second duration non-latching, dual state (high and low) variable sensitivity adjustment for a broad application capability and adjustable jumper pulse count for problem area installations. Alarm output is a single pair of relay contacts, held actively closed (for a closed loop) when the system is armed. Upon detection of an alarm, relay contacts will open for a minimum of one second before automatically resetting. In the event of power loss, relay will revert to normally open state for fail safe operation.
