The staff at Internet Security Systems Inc. is experienced in International shipping procedures and will be happy to assist you in completing an order.

We are pleased to offer two International shipping methods: The first is directly through the list of carriers offered below or the second option is with International Checkout.

Internet Security Systems Inc. has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at


International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Internet Security Systems Inc.
Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world
including APO / FPO addresses.

Overseas Fees & Procedures:

Please be aware that to ship we prefer to use your UPS, DHL, TNT, or FEDEX, account if you have one.

Otherwise we will quote you a shipping price based on item weight, dimensions, location and insurance.

This will be in addition to standard handling rates on all overseas/int'l orders

If you pay by money transfer / wire there is a fee for the transfer.

If by credit card there is an additional fee for expediting your order and charging it.

Please note that unless you have a UPS, Fedex, DHL or TNT account, there will be additional shipping charges to be determined based on weight, destination and value of you order.

PLEASE NOTE that your order may be subject to additional verification of address or product availability. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a customer service representative shortly. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been verified and processed.

To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you. If our verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be considerably delayed.

Please also include your desired shipping address and if you wish to use your own shipping service. A customer service representative will contact you shortly to assist you with completing your order.

Note: At this time we are also accepting payment for international orders via check, bank transfer or western union.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
